1. The Service
CrackinShare is a photo and video gallery feature that allows you and your guests to upload, view and share memories from your event via a unique QR code link.
- The feature is activated immediately upon successful payment of the one-off fee of £30.00
- Access is personal to your account and may not be transferred or shared with other accounts
- The gallery is hosted and managed by Crackin Events Ltd on your behalf
2. Access Period & Expiry
Your gallery will remain active and accessible for a period of six (6) months from your event date.
- You will receive email reminders when your gallery is within 30 days, 7 days, and 1 day of expiry
- Upon expiry, your gallery becomes inaccessible to guests, but your uploaded photos and videos are retained for a further three (3) months, during which you may reactivate your gallery by purchasing a renewal to restore full access
- If your gallery has not been reactivated by the end of that three-month period, all uploaded photos and videos will be permanently deleted from our servers with no possibility of recovery
- It is your responsibility to download any photos or videos you wish to keep, or to reactivate your gallery, before permanent deletion occurs
- CrackinShare accepts no liability for loss of content due to failure to reactivate or download before permanent deletion
- If your event date is not set at the time of purchase, the six-month period will begin from the date of activation
- Gallery access may be renewed for a further period by purchasing again at the then-current price
3. Content & Uploads
By enabling CrackinShare and sharing your QR code with guests, you accept responsibility for the content uploaded to your gallery.
- You must not share the QR code with individuals you do not wish to have access to your gallery
- CrackinShare reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate, offensive or unlawful
- Uploaded content must not infringe the copyright or privacy rights of any third party
- Guest uploads are not moderated in real time, you are responsible for reviewing content and may use the moderation tools provided
- Photos and videos are automatically compressed for storage efficiency. You should download originals from guests directly if lossless quality is required
4. Payment & Refunds
CrackinShare is sold as a one-off, non-refundable purchase.
- Payment of £30.00 is taken at the time of activation via our secure payment provider, Square
- Once the feature has been activated and gallery access issued, no refunds will be given
- If you experience a technical failure preventing activation, contact us at hello@crackinshare.co.uk and we will investigate within 2 business days
- CrackinShare reserves the right to withdraw or modify the feature with reasonable notice
5. Privacy & Data
Your use of CrackinShare is subject to our Privacy Policy.
- Guest names and messages submitted alongside uploads are stored solely to display them in your gallery
- We do not sell or share personal data with third parties
- All uploaded content and associated data is permanently deleted upon gallery expiry
- Payment processing is handled entirely by Square, CrackinShare does not store card details
- You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@crackinshare.co.uk
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:
- CrackinShare is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the service
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our negligence
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
